For clients booking health and wellness massage services (available at our Braddon location), sessions focus on supporting general physical wellbeing and muscle comfort.
These sessions do not require a structured consultation process and are designed to provide a comfortable and supportive massage experience.

Policies
We strive to offer professional and therapeutic services to all our guests. Our policies ensure a smooth experience for both new and returning clients, emphasizing punctuality to respect your time and ours.
Arrival to Your Massage Treatment
- Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete forms. Timely arrival ensures a relaxed session.
- Late Arrivals: May result in shortened sessions or charges. We cannot extend sessions for late arrivals but will accommodate when possible with advanced notice.
Cancellation Policy
- Fees: A non-refundable fee of 20% applies to any cancellation, as we must secure your booking to ensure our therapist is available to look after you.
Stoppage Policy
- Right to Halt: You can stop the massage at any time. A full refund is issued if halted within the first 15 minutes. No refunds after 15 minutes.
Respect Policy
- Conduct: Sexual interaction or discussion is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate termination of the treatment, full payment liability, and potential reporting to authorities.
Medical Conditions Policy
- Disclosure: Inform your therapist of any current medical treatments and provide written permission from healthcare providers. Notify us of any health changes. Clients undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapy must provide a doctor's note. For questions, contact us.
